Start a return

How it works

1. Choose the items you're sending back and tell us why.
2. Pick a refund, an exchange for another size or color, or a Thornbury gift card.
3. We email you a prepaid label within one business day.
4. Pack the items, attach the label and drop the parcel with the carrier within 14 days.
5. We send your refund, exchange or gift card within 3 business days of your return reaching us.

Before you send it

• Items should be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Gift cards, personalized or made-to-order pieces, and anything marked "Final sale" can't be returned.
• Please don't mail returns to our office address. Always use the prepaid label.
